Please configure your Exchange account in your iphone settings->"accounts&passwords"->"Add Account"->"Exchange" first. Then you can save your CamCard contacts to Exchange as follows:
a. Please go to CamCard "profile"---settings---General---Save to Contacts---check your Exchange account
b. For new contacts, you can choose your Exchange account when you tap to save the card.
For the saved cards, you can open CamCard---tap "manage" on top right---"save to Contacts"---multi-select cards--tap "save to Contacts"
If it doesn't work, please allow CamCard to access your phone Contacts and activate Exchange syncing Contacts in iPhone settings-->privacy-->contacts.
If you only see "iPhone" accounts in CamCard, the problem is in iOS 11 & iOS 12. Please wait for an update of iOS.
For now, you may select those iPhone accounts in CamCard and save cards to them. The Exchange account should be one of them.
Besides, if you're a premium user, you can choose to automatically export cards to Microsoft Outlook email account as follows: open the CC app--top "Card Sync" or bottom "Smart Sync"--"Outlook".
